George Dutton, Chief Finance Officer at Gas Tag, has been named Finance Director of the Year of a Business with up to £8 Million Turnover at the FD of the Year awards.

The prestigious awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding work done by the region’s finance directors, with categories covering a range of businesses and sectors. 

George beat off strong competition to take home the award at a glittering ceremony in Liverpool City Centre.

George said: “I am delighted to win this award and be recognised by my peers. It was great to see so many finance professionals together in one room celebrating their achievements. 

“Working as the finance director within a scale-up technology business can often be challenging but it is also very rewarding. Gas Tag is a fantastic business with a product that is revolutionising the sector and I am delighted to be part of the team.”
